At the markets we have:
Tomato Sauce Base in the authentic beer bottle or available in jars. This is used when a recipe calls for a can of tomatoes in soups, stews etc.
Ready-to-use sauce is also available: hot and spicy, tasty caponata and peperonata as well as seasonal flavours including Lamb Ragu and Calabrese Sausage sauce. Stir through hot pasta, rice or use as a pizza topping and just add cheese!
Thick twice-roasted tomato sauce is great spread on pizza base – just add your favourite toppings.
Breakfast or Brunch/Lunch? Hot Soup and some to take home in a jar!
Instead of coffee why not try a cup of hot vegetarian soup or a minestrone.
SOMETIMES: Home made baked beans with our own home made Calabrese sausage.
