Learn to make your own capocollo
Made in July and ready to slice at Christmas!
Capocollo is cured pork. The cut is from the top of the shoulder which is cured in salt, then wrapped in a protective skin and hung to dry for several months.
In this class participants prepare their own Capocollo to take home and nurture to be enjoyed at Christmas time.
Capocollo can be sliced like prosciutto and served as part of an antipasto platter. It teams especially well with cheese, olives, a glass of wine and some good company.

We have a variety of home made pasta or pizza sauces, soups, tapenades, pestos and bruschetta mix to make up a food hamper for that special someone who has everything!
Marsala Syrup Gift Bottle

1 bottle of tomato sauce base
1 jar of ready to pour pasta sauce
1 tapenade (spread on a pizza base!)
1 sundried tomato pesto (great with goat’s cheese)
1 bruschetta mix (combination of capsicum, eggplant, olives, sundried tomatoes)
1 jar jam or marmalade
1 bottle of Marsala syrup (for use with desserts, ice cream etc)

Learn to make your own with or without fruit and nuts and package them up ready as special “home made” gifts for that special someone who has everything else. The same biscotti can be used to make that extra special dessert, Tiramisu.

Come along with me on a personalised shopping trip in the Amore Cucina mini bus and experience European culture in some very down to earth places. Get to taste before you buy, as well as a detailed explanation of all produce.
We will stop for a sweet and/or savoury morning tea and later on we’ll supply a traditional picnic lunch.
Opportunities to bulk buy are many and offer great discounts. Share with friends or family and keep these venues in mind when catering for larger gatherings.
