Panton Hill Winery Menu

The Mediterranean Cooking day at the Panton Hill Winery starts at 10.00am.
All classes consist of:
Bruschetta or starter – with pastes, tapenade or pâté, cheeses and cured hams with grilled and/or Amoré Cucina pickled vegetables etc
Brunch (usually served after wine tasting) consists of a variety of eggs, ricotta and vegetables
Main course may be one or two of the following:
- minestrone or soup
- pasta or rice
- meat (chicken, rabbit, goat, beef or lamb etc)
- seafood (fish of the day)
Side dishes of seasonal vegetables may be one or two of the following:
- broad beans
- artichokes
- beans
- eggplant
- pepper
- zucchini etc
- cauliflower
- cucumber
- fennel
Dessert usually seasonal fresh fruit with creamy ricotta or mascarpone and we use Panton Hill Winery dessert wines with:
- cake or biscotti
- coffee
All Mediterranean cooking classes held at the Panton Hill Winery vary and a variety of the above items are sourced, cooked
and served depending on the season and market availability.

Cooking finish time is generally 1.00-1.30pm.
Participants then enjoy lunch in the big hall or out under the pergola overlooking the vineyard.
